Service is very bad and the locatiom is not convenient. But the hotel is very new and Modern. I won't stay there again!

the connection with the city is very good (tramway right in front of thge hotel)

no complaint during Milano International Furniture Fair when all the hotels are fully booked. We are considered to have secured this hotel at the last moment. Since the hotel was near tram stop we became familiar with Milano tram lines. The shttle bus service to the Fair ground was of great help.

It's a little bit out of the town centre (but across the road from a tram stop), and the front rooms suffer from traffic noise. Otherwise it's a good, professional, clean hotel, with a nice view from the breakfast room.

Better than Good accommodation. Clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Good size rooms. (We had a triple). Fantastic buffet breakfast. Located on main arterial road fifteen minutes by tram (No 14 and 19) to the Duomo in Milan. Tram stop opposite the hotel and running approximately every fifteen minutes. Keith and Bianca, Australia
