The hotel isn't as close to the airport as they imply, but it was still convenient, AND they were willing to set breakfast for us VERY early before our early morning flight. A pity though that what looks like a full service hotel doesn't serve dinner on Mondays in what looks like a very nice restaurant. Either have a restaurant as part of the hotel or don't. Treating it like a separate entity is not helpful.

I had paid extra for at balcony, but they said, that is was not possible. But after a while they gave me another room. The balcony door could not close, and it never got fixed. I heard many others, who had the same problem. The girl at reception always talk on the phone, and even when you asked her something, she always took the phone in the middel of the conversation. Very Bad.. English! The hotel is far away from the Sea and from the City. Next time I go, I will stay closer to the city. The hotel itself is nice, clean and quiet.

Basically Anis was good value for money. The only trouble was noise. The hotel is located near the airport and you can hear that! Also there was some sort of party in the house nearby and you could hear that too. Bring your earplugs and you will have good time in Anis!

Our only dissappointment was the fact that the restaurant facilities are always closed on Mondays. This seems a strange thing to do, particularly since the nearest respectable eating place is at least 15 mins. walk away. Surely, they could at least provide a cold buffet meal in the evening.

During the stay, the warm water pressure was almost nonexistent. Standard rooms are rather small. The manu options were good, some of the dishes were clearly above average. There is free internet in the lobby. The location is very good if you have a car. For exploring central Nice and the old town etc Anis is a bit far away.
