Location
Situated in the historical centre of Florence, in Indipendenza Square, Andrea Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella. Having the Congress, Trade Centre and the Fortezza da Basso close by, the hotel Andrea offers a charming panoramic view of the town and of the wonderful 18th century square in front of it.

The place was ok, the room was a lot smaller than i expected, pretty much just enough room for the bed. Quite homely though. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was very good.

Great place to stay we enjoyed our time,service was good and people were frindly. We highly recomend this hotel.

Not too far to walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the sights. The hotel shares the building with others ( apartments?) and is on the 2nd floor. It has a very archaic lift. I was lucky and had a room at the front with a lovely view over the Piazza Indipendenza together with the Duomo and Campanile. Nice pleasant staff.

The most impressive thing is the beautiful view from the hotel window toward the town.
