this is a lovely modern hotel. very smart decor, spacious well furnished room, lovely bathroom. good standard of breakfast with lots of choice. very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant. location is good - easy walking distance into the old town for sightseeing and bars/restaurants, opposite the station and next to a major shopping centre. overall, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and would happily stay there again. a great place to return to after a long day out

Very nice place, with neat bathrooms. Only thing to complain was they charge for internet which is a bit cheap at this price level hotels. Stuff was very helpful, especially lade at the counter, Aneta. They have also reasonably priced drivers service, so no guessing with taxi charges, rather send them email and enjoy older S-Class Merc's backseat.

Very well located. Excellent service and room facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast is average with this kind of hotels (good but not superb). Price is a bit overpriced though for the standards I could see from other hotels in Krakow.

Fabulous location, adjacent to both the MainLine railway station & a new shopping mall (but much better than that sounds) and just five minutes into the Old Town. Rooms are well appointed, restaurant better than it needs to be, staff all friendly and helpful. Only downside was the smoke in the bar (which is sadly a common problem this far East in Europe). Would use again.

this is an excellent choice if staying in Krakow , the room was excellent , really stylish and comfortable - location was excellent 5 mins to town square and directly oppoosite to the train station and a great shopping centre- breakfast was really good with a wide choice - all of the staff were really helpful and couldnt do enough for you - a definate place to stay and I will definately be going back!
