The staff tried very hard to meet the guests needs. They buzzed around trying to make things right. The pool was wonderful, although the splash bar did not open. The hotel's location was a mixed blessing, it was away from the throng of tourists in AoNang, but off the beaten track to make it a safe and walkable distance to the town. Having no beach frontage was a disadvantage. The breakfasts, and in particular the coffee, were very poor. The free shuttle service to the town needed to run much more regularly, although a shuttle service would readily be made available, there was a charge made at the end of the stay for each trip taken. Hotel towels were changed every other day and rooms cleaned every other day, that is inadequate for a beach/pool resort.

The location is fine if you have a car but u would need to use a tuk tuk or the hotel shuttle bus if not. I would recommend it to anyone. It is newly built and very stylish.
