We stayed three nights at "The AND Hotel" in Istanbul. It was the most pleasant surprise of our recent trip to Turkey. The hotel was a stone's throw from the main sights in town. And the view out our French door was nothing short of spectacular. Hagia Sofia was right there. There is a vacant lot between the hotel and Hagia. So the future of that wonderful view will depend on what goes in there. However for now, the place is incredible. There is also a restaurant on the top floor. We did not eat there. But we went up for a look. And the panorama was stunning.

Great location, very nice buffet breakfast. Clean rooms with newly renovated bathrooms. Would definately stay here again.

The staff at the And Hotel were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Sultanahmet area. Would stay here again on a future visit to Istanbul. Ask for rooms on the upper levels as the views are wonderful.
