We stayed in two bedrooms suite, big and have a good view except: 1. no cooking tools like pot, pan, etc. provided 2. air conditioning very noisy 3. housekeeping always forgot to refill consumable

We stayed in a deluxe twin room with king bed. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were instantly upgraded to a sky-deck city view room. It was a great room with lots of space and facilities. We had daily breakfast included in our package. The breakfast was a buffet and had a fantastic selection of foods - for all different nationalities. Always more food coming and so delicious !!! The staff were always friendly and accommodating for everything we asked for. They always had smiling faces and were extremely polite. The hotel generally was very clean and neat at all times.

An exellent hotel and fantastic value 5 star luxury, although the location is not the best it is only a 10min walk to sky train. Not sure any hotel can boast a perfect position as Bangkok is so vast. Staff were very helpful and polite. Had a Deluxe room with living area on 24th floor perfect very modern.
