Anaheim Plaza Hotel & Suites

Rooms clean, front desk excellent. Maid service fair to poor, often not vacuuming or leaving coffee, but towels, sheets etc always clean and changed often. Relatively quiet, little road noise, dont get rooms close to the ice machines. Maintenance staff very quick for lights not working , blockages etc. Overall, excellent value for money Trevor Moore

If you have to go to Disney and don't want to spend much money in hotel, it's the best one. He's the cheapest one just next to Disney resorts. It's an old hotel, rooms are not really clean but it's the cheapest one decent !

Myself, wife and daughter stayed for 8 nights and found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and we were very impressed with the gardens, pool and spa. The close proximity to Disneyland was fantastic and easily walkable. The hotel also has a handy onsite scooter and pram hire shop.

The rooms are in need of new thermostats can't control temperature in rooms. Out of date by 30yrs. Room to hot too cold. Bathrooms are not clean and need repairs. The staff is usually very outgoing and ready to help, this time I was let down, Will start looking for other alternatives for our monthly trip to Disneyland. The affordability is not consisitent when it comes to the type of room you get from time to time some are upgraded and some are like the one I had this week a total dump.

Because our kids go to college in Southern California, we stay near Disneyland to give a little focus. The Anaheim Plaza is directly across the street from the Main Gate & California Adventure, comfortable, nice people, quiet, and gives us access to the entire Disneyland area. We usually will walk across to Downtown Disney for Dinner. What could be better? The Big parking lot works well for our 4X4 GMC Denali (a problem for all the others we found out). The Gift shop is mostly essentials, like batteries, sundries, aspirin, flip-flops, etc. (they don't try to compete with Disney), but they are full of advice about other things to do while in town Besides Disney (like Ruth Chris, Morton's, Bubba Gumps, Cheesecake Factory).

Clean room, friendly staff, great location, great rate. It's a place to sleep after long hours at the Resort. This is only place we stay when visiting Disneyland.

The lacked customer service, the employees need a little training on how to treat the guest.

For two adults that plan to spend as MUCH time as possible in Disneyland the hotel provided a nice, comfortable place to catch-up on sleep. The location near the park was ideal!

This was my third stay here and I was in town on a business trip. The Hotel location is great because it's just across the street from California Adventures and a short walk to Disney's Park entrances. Nice view of the nightly firework show from the hotel. My room was clean and ready for me each day.

I have stayed at The Anaheim Plaza Hotel twice now, and I enjoyed my stay both times. The hotel is old and could probably use some updating, but you pay for what you get. The location is great...it's right across from Disneyland!! You can stay somewhere else across from Disneyland that is more updated, but you're also going to pay a lot more. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is located very close to the main gates of Disneyland, about 10 to 15 minutes walk lets you get to the security gates of the parks easily. The parking there is only ~$5 with tax for each vehicle. The rooms are of descent size, with first floor units having an enclosed small yard and second floor units with a small balcony. Overall rooms are clean. There is a small fridge in the room, which is old and a microwave that can be very helpful at times. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

We love the location! And the amenities are fine for our purposes. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Only complaint I have is that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower this particular visit -- it started to warm up just about the time we were done showering. The restaurant breakfast buffet is a great draw, as is the pool.

I have stayed at this hotel three times now. It is so close to Disney. It is so close, if your group gets tired you can walk back to the hotel for a rest and still go back in to the park since you are so close. For what this hotel is, it is great. We only use the hotel room to sleep, so it is everything we need. I am booking another trip now.

Walking distance and price are the best features. Could use internet and less hot water fluctuations. Nice to have fridge and microwave and connect to next room with other family members.
