Our first experiecne was checking in, when we were told ther was a $9 a day parking fee to park where we had already booked a room. They made us wait for an hour just to get a hold of a Manager (someone with the authority to overide the charge) and in the end they still charged us for parking. I booked this trip months ago, if things like that change in between when I booked and when I travel, why do I have to absorb the added costs/fees? They said their website states that parking fees will be charged, but it was not listed in any information Orbitz sent me??? You talk about extra baggage fees and things of that nature, why not the parking fees?

Great Stay enjoyed the location and it was close to disneyland. Mcdonalds next door was a plus

We have stayed at this property several times before, due to its proximity to Disneyland. Basically, you just walk across the street, and continue walking, and a short while later (perhaps 10 minutes or less), you are at the entrance gates to the parks. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly and welcoming. There is a continental breakfast served each morning in their "hospitality room", which offers pastries, cereal, some fruit, and of course, coffee and tea. If one stays here, you don't need to use your car to get to the parks, just leave it parked at the hotel, and save your aggravation. Parking used to be complimentary, but now there is a 9.00/day charge, which prompted my "value" setting to lower to average, or ordinary.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Anaheim. Right across the road from Disneyland. Rooms are quite large. Offer continental breakfast which is cereal, donuts muufins juice but if this is not your cup of tea Downtown Disney is across the road or IHOP & Macdonalds approx two doors down. Always looks for a hotel that states arcoss the road from Disneyland than a block away as the blocks in the USA are quite big. Would definitely be returning.

Basic breakfast included in price but just what we needed after lots of fast food- next to McDonalds so the smell was too much for my teenagers who succumbed. Great location across the road from Disneyland. Staff were fabulous but unobstrusive. The only reason to stay here would be for Disneyland but good value.
