The hotel was in the perfect location. Room was very small but it's all we needed. Had a bed and a rest room, what more do you need?

Great location, right in the middle of everything not too expensive. Room was very small but ended up really liking it felt less like a hotel and more like a small apartment. We really enjoyed it.

right in the theater district, very close to times square, subway, deli, starbucks... location location location makes up for all the rest, and the sushi bar on ground floor is great

... and you want to be in the Theatre District and don't mind a tiny room with old-fashioned AC and TV, stained bathtub, bathroom with no window or vent or fan, poor sound-proofing, and a housekeeping staff that is very nice and very competent, but starts very early and noisily. It's an odd room in that the art on the walls and wallpaper and SOME of the decor look nice, but you get the feeling that half-way towards a renovation they ran out of money.
