Good staff at this hotel provide a good service. Free wi-fi in the lobby was useful. Having the swimming pool in the basement was nice to have for a bit of relaxation. The location is good for the city centre and for good views of the bridge across the river. Good cycle parking available next to the front of the hotel.

This hotel is very dated but clean and comfortable. It's a 5 minute walk to the centre of the city. Breakfast was very good. The receptionist warned us about a rainstorm and lent us an umbrella. Swimming pool was nice to have although too shallow & small for any serious swimming. I would stay here again.

I had to pay 9.6 euros per day to use the hotel car park. I think that this is outrageous.

We stayed here during busy weekend with no free parking space. We had a very friendly receptionist who ranged when she was leaving and left a free parking space for me. If that's not good service, what is?! Hotel is due for some renovation. Dark brown is out! Try some lighter colors.
