First room I got was freezing cold. Reluctantly the reception agreed to move me into another room. There the phone did not work, the tea set was missing, some light bulbs were broken and the shower barely squirt some water. There was a 2nd shower at the bath tub but that was broken. THe only positive: the superior rooms are big. The breakfast is not worth its money.
