Location
Amora Hotel Jamison is ideally set in Sydney central business district, near train stations and less than nine kilometres to Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport. A city tour would is not complete without a stop at Sydney Opera House and Royal Botanic Gardens.

Was very impressed from the word go! Courteous staff greeted me with a smile and assisted with checkin 4 hours early! The room was quite nice, overlooking the city (as I opted for a corner room). Every time I went out staff were more than happy to give me an umbrella, and take it off my hands when I returned. As it was quite bad weather whilst I was in Sydney, it was nice to have a welcoming room to relax in during the stay. Would defiantly recommend it to friends, and will consider it for future trips to Sydney CBD.

Positives = Great location, comfy bed & pillows, very clean, free wi-fi, staff were friendly & helpful. Negatives; TV location awkward to the side in cupboard, room key/ entry cards need to make easier to use i.e. this side up & in ( for us dummies) shower head prob rate it 3.5star / car parking cost bit heavy at $40/nite $50 if parked for you. In summary would stay again but wouldn't pay over $250/ nite for twin standard rm incl parking on weekend rate. :-)

Staff were frendley and swift check inn Hotel is in a great location between Darling harbour and Circular quey and The Rocks Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Only let down was the stained carpets( need replacing ) and minor cleaning Will stay there again and recommond this hotel.

Hotel in great location. When we arrived and checked into our room we were very disappointed, very dated and small,air conditioning not working, extremely hot. Complained to staff, were shown another room, no better. Were told to come back in half hour and we would be shown another. We attempted to find another hotel but had already paid for 3 nights so were not sure if we would receive a refund. Eventually upgraded to another room which had small sitting room. As I was travelling with my son they bought in a dated fold away bed. The carpet was extremely marked, couch had stains on it, bathroom very nice. This hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. Would not stay here again. Definitely not 5 star.

My husband and I came to this hotel 1/1/2013 and we have been here before and still felt welcomed by staff, room and bathroom very clean and very comfortable in our room. A great location, walking distance to shops, cafes great atmosphere.
