Location
The hotel is situated in the centre of the city and just four blocks from Santiago's Plaza de Armas. Parque Metropolitano and Palacio de La Moneda are also nearby. Two subway stations are located less than 300 metres away from the property, which makes touring the area easy and convenient.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, supermarket next door was a real bonus, great security. Only minus was wi-fi connectivity a bit flakey from the room but dropping down to the main office and using a real computer overcame this very minor problem. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location close close to city centre, helpful staff, clean apartment with plenty of room and everything you would need for your stay, full kitchen facilities, supermarket just next door, walk to main square, museums, market etc, great value for money, would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent about this appartment hotel. All mod cons, clean , great location, everything supplied in the modern kitchen, great flat screen TV, super fast internet. Only complaint was that the rooms were not cleaned until late, between 4-6 pm. This was annoying.

It´s not an Hotel, therefore is very confusing, they work more like apartments for rent, so it takes a long time to chek in, there´s not an easy acces to the rooms, not room´s telephone, etc. It was a hard experience, it´s not an HOTEL.
