Good News... Very close to many restaurants with excellent service, excellent bed, jacuzzi suite was a large double room with a sitting area, maintenance responded immediately to blown fuse issue, front desk responded immediately to a toilet issue, price was very good for the room and became even better when I checked out and the desk clerk said they overcharged me so she immediately refunded the difference for both nights - never done in all my years of traveling! Bad News... Desk clerk announcing my room number in front of other guests waiting to check in, unmanned front desk twice, shower controls need adjusting, towel, pillow and blanket shortage, no coffee cups and only one pastery when we visited the lobby continental breakfast.
