My family and I left approximately 20 minutes after checking into this hotel room! It was so dirty and disgusting, I felt itchy just sitting in the room. There was a yappy dog in the room next to us. And, what threw it over the edge was the cockroach in the bathtub! I will NEVER stay here again and I will definitely be more discerning of America's Best Value Inn in the future.

Location of the hotel is very good, it's only 10 min away by walking to the city center and all the hotels and casinos. The hotel is in a quiet area so there is not too much noise outside. For those who are planning not to spend so much time in the hotel and spending time visiting Vegas day and night, this hotel is perfect.

I loved that COCO's Restaurant is right at the front of the hotel. Fantastic restaurant with fantastic staff!!!! I love their steak and prime rib! And their great breakfast! One of the staff is a fellow Filipino who made my stay in Vegas very pleasant! The hotel itself is not a highlight. When in Vegas, it's still worthwhile bargain-hunting among the great 4-5 star hotels there....

This hotel is not a 5 star by all means. It is though very close to everything on the strip. It is very safe to work to any hotel or resort on the strip. Right across the street to the MGM. It is a very old hotel and the rooms show it, but they keep it nice and clean.

We mainly used this hotel to sleep at night. We were in town for a huge Hip Hop Competition at another hotel. It was a satisfactory experience. [...], the room was very inexpensive and to me it lived up to the cost. The room wasnt very big or beautiful, but it was very functional for sleeping and showering. The only negative to me was that the shower water wouldnt stay warm. It kept going ice cold in the middle of my showers. no fun. For the price... it was worth it to me. its also very close to the strip and the airport.
