Americas Best Value Inn Hollywood Guest Reviews
I paid for five nights and the first night I arrived encountered the sounds of drilling and banging on my walls from the room next to me. The bathtub didn't drain and there was mold on the walls. I asked the front desk to put me in another room and the clerk said there were no other rooms. I asked for a refund and checked out; the clerk said I would have to call the booking agency the next day to request refund which I did. Never got a refund. Went back the next day to get another room at the motel and the clerk refused to give me a room. Long story short I paid for 5 nights and only stayed for 3 nighs. Awful experience.
