Americas Best Value Inn Arlington Guest Reviews
The hotel was a nice looking hotel everything was comfortable and the view of the cowboys stadium was amazing for a cowboys fan, we all enjoyed our stay

Where do I begin...how about the restroom...the mold was all over the shower curtain. I feel like I was over paid to stay in this place. The only thing I really like was the distant to the stadium.

We attended the Lone Star Texas Scholar Ceremony our daughter was nominated and we also attended a Texas Ranger Game, that was our purpose of our visit. Our hotel experience was the worst we have ever had. The hotel was awful the only good thing was the location and that was it. The accommodations were terrible. We do not understand how this hotel is in business. We will be sending a complaint to the city of Arlington. The rooms were not livable or safe. First of all we had to practically kick the room door so that it would open. Our room smelled like mildue the bathroom had a hole over the shower and when the guest in the room above ours used their shower the water came through the ceiling into the bathroom in our room, water was all over the floor as a result. My niece's room was very hot, air condition was not working the owner kept telling them to wait until 9:00pm, then 10:oopm. The air conditioner never worked properly. My husband went to tell them at the front desk about our bathroom. They did not come to clean until he went a second time and by that time it was already midnight. The owner had the gull to ask if we wanted the bathroom cleaned and my husband said of course, it was flooded with water all over the tub and floor. We could not use the bathroom with all the water on the floor because someone could fall. My husband told the owner that it was not safe for anyone to use that bathroom and the told him that he would get him another room in the morning. He never came or called to move us the next morning, the manager seemed to be hiding so we decided to leave and go look for another hotel because we could not use the shower, it was not safe. The hole in the ceiling was due to lack of maintaining the problems in plumbing above. The mildew in that room caused my asthma to flare up and I could not sleep that night. We took pictures of the bathroom to support our experience. We don't think that you should have this hotel listed on your website. We do not want another family to go through what we experienced. [...] The Americas Best Value Inn Hotel is not a livable or safe hotel. You can tell that the rooms have not been maintained properly for a long time and they are in sad shape. We hope that you seriously consider our comments and not advertise this hotel through your website. The accommodations were bad. The worst we have experienced by far. We did not expect top of the line, but this was unacceptable. The place is in serious need of upkeep. The offer to my niece's husband of a free night for our next stay was a ridiculous offer at customer service, but there was no manager on duty to address our concerns with. Our concerns should have been dealt with appropriately while we were there. Thank you.

We have stayed in very inexpensive hotels all over the U.S. and Europe. This hotel is one of the worst we have ever seen. In fact, it is the first time we got to our rooms and immediately started calling other hotels...but they were booked. The rooms were hot and dirty (moldy pillows and stains on chairs, curtains...) The staff were friendly enough but the surroundings did not feel safe. Also, the continental breakfast advertised was only a donut or toast with butter. We were going to a soccer game at Dallas stadium, so the location was good and close. The rooms were cheap but overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Nice and clean but the A/C couldn't keep up with the 100+ heat.
