close to DL 15 min walk. Small amount of traffic noise but quiet otherwise.Not the most modern hotel but Staff were excellent, very obliging,friendly & helpful.Beds were very firm but clean and for our week stay we felt we got good value and would definitly return here. One thing they could do is perhaps have an information sheet in the room. I was a bit hesitant about staying here after reading some of the reviews but I would certainly reccommend them-if you want 5star go somewhere else but we were more than happy to have stayed here

I loved this hotel; we ordered a non-smoking room and they gave us one, and it was overall a wonderful experience. Plus the fact that DIsneyland is so very close to the hotel made the hotel even more apealing.

Hotel staff very helpful about shuttle and tickets. Don't bother with the shuttle, as it's a 10-15 minute walk and the shuttle drives all over the place before it goes into Disneyland. Can see the fireworks from here. Beds were comfortable and room was quite spacious. Only complaint was food was less than minimal and awful (fake donuts). Nearby restaurants weren't bad ... just remember that they close early. Definitely good value and location. This isn't for folks who want luxury ... it's basic but very well maintained and pleasant.
