I was picked up from SeaTac airport on the 27 October 2012 within 20 minute and every time I needed to go to the airport car service was available the hotel was very clean and the staff were very cheerfully helpful the only things I did not like in the hotel is the breakfast it is not what I have been accustomed to be breakfast they must have at least bread cheese and eggs. In Australia we do not give tips unless we feel to do so for a good reason, one of the drivers asked me for a tip I did not give him any

Overall great experience. Issues - When I checked in I was told my reservation was for a non smoking with one bed- Good thing I had printed out my confirmation because that is how I got my 2 queen bed room. Also first day the air freshener or carpet fresh is so strong. Otherwise, GREAT LOCATION, very close to airport, but with tv on, airplane noise does not disturb. Friendly staff, was offered free early check in when I arrived, Very clean, continental breakfast was whatever.. muffins and instant coffee. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. For the price and location it does not get any better. They also have 24 hr free airport transport.

The price was right. Did find a dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door. The toilet paper was very thin along with the walls. We just about could hear the whole conversation in the next room. All in all it was really okay. We had made reservations for only one night, but decided to stay another night.

The location is perfect. Free & quick airport shuttle helped make my trip easy. The A/C really works! I woke up in the middle of the night because it worked too much and got really hot (I mean it's better than it not working since it was a cold night!). Shampoo, hand soap, and body soap were provided. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. NOTHING, but you get what you pay for.
