had to cancel day before our arrival called in morning hoping to work something out on refund but no way lost out on even a partial refund plus they get to rent the room out and make double money my bad

We did not expect much for the price, however, it wasn't bad at all. The owner, a woman, was very nice and responded immediately when I asked if I could have an iron and board sent to my room. Too bad we couldn't use the pool (no time), it looked very nice.

The management is very friendly and willing to help. It's not perfectly clean or kept up, but NO bedbugs and the A/C works wonderfully. There are kitchenettes and a Frye's grocery store 1/2 mile away. The mass transit train runs right by. Quiet at night. I've stayed twice and I'll be back next time, too.
