Location
Amberton is the biggest hotel on the Lithuanian coast, which is located in the centre of Klaipeda, 1 kilometre from the beach and the Baltic Sea. The hotel is also a 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal and 25 kilometres away from the Palanga Airport.

Klaipeda Hotel is the biggest hotel in Klaipeda. It has the usual continental breakfast served in a resteraunt ajoining the hotel.The swimming pool and gym facilities are only offered at at 50% discount to guests. The bar is minimal and like a lot of hotels an extension of the check in reception room.Staff are polite and speak a variety of languages.There is an extended Hummer parked permantly outside the hotel and never seems to move or be rented. Hotel mostly occupied by elderly German people, as there were close ties between Germany and Lithuania during the war. The hotel is built on the Office block system of which there are two and a lot of lifts are needed to get around.To finalise, the hotel is a pleasent place to stay and like all holidays it is what you make of it.
