Very comfortable with full kitchen, location is also good (trolley & bus stops are near)

We normally stay at the same hotels but the package deal that was offered was too good to pass up. This hotel was almost perfect except that they don't have coffee available in your room which I'm so use to having at the other hotels. Also there's no vanity countertop, only a pedestal sink so there's no place to put your personal items. Other than that everything was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will return. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Walked into a room and thought we walked into the early 70's. The newest thing in the room was the small LCD TV. Glad we were only there one night.

If you're looking for a place to stay for only one or two nights, the Ambassador with its cold brick walls and stiff beds, will suffice. The location is what makes this place desirable. It's right in the middle of downtown Waikiki, within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches and resorts. But if you're looking to stay longer than two nights, I recommend paying a little extra for a better hotel.

Staff was great and so was location. Close to shopping and food. A little bit of a walk to the beach.
