location is accessible to all. from food to mrt. very polite and helpful in their service from asking to tours and helping my dad in his wheelchair. breakfast food is great.

Excellent rooms. Room service meals were not great, however this was probably because I chose a western-style dish; there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A very well mantained hotel considering the age, definitely used to be the Grand Madame in its hey day. A little bit tired on some areas (such as gym and swimming pool) but it is still a very nice classy hotel. Prices are not that great value - considering there are other nearby offerings for half the price - though may not be as classy.

Very well located (near all major art galleries), meals are great, gym needs upgrading and enlarging, mini bar needs more than 2 beers and 1 Coke. I have stayed there before so it must be OK as I have returned.
