Perfect location. Allocated very good room (within category booked). Staff superb. Excellent value for money. If I was going to be picky, I would see I would prefer a softer mattress, but otherwise an excellent stay.

Fantastic, few minutes from West End, China Town, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Leicester Square. Definitely great London hotel.

I stayed for one night following a theatre visit. The location could not have been better. Room very comfortable and clean. I had a late lunch on arrival in a first floor restaurant near the bar - lovely light meal and very friendly helpful staff. I was impressed to see one of two ladies on the next table who were having afternoon tea served with a gluten-free tea that looked scrumptious. I didn't have breakfast because I was meeting someone outside, but was offered a voucher for breakfast for £10 on arrival. The hotel would be my first choice in future but only if I could get a good deal as I did this time - normal prices way out of my league!

Room was very nice. Small by American standards. Didn't like the change elevators to get to other bldg. A little overpriced. Bar and lounge small.

The staff could not help enough, the rooms were gorgeous and the hallways, staircases and all public rooms were absolutely beautiful lit at night by candles. I would jump at the chance to stay there again. Nothing I can complain about at all.

I have now stayed at this hotel on two occasions and due to its excellent value for money in all respects, (I reserved via the internet which was a lot cheaper) I will make a point of booking this hotel again during my next visit to London.

A very good hotel, expecially concerning sevice and location. Near the National Gallery and ST. Martin and the bookstores in Charing Cross Road. Not to forget charming pubs as you head north.

Good location, but overall, compared to my experiences in Asia, don''t expect too much except a comfortable stay.

I have stayed in many hotels and this has to be by far the best placed and the best priced out of them all. The staff were a plesure and I wouldn't hesitated to go back there again. Thankyou all so much for my stay.
