Wow, we did not have an address on our confirmation it took us probably 1/2 to get through to phone numbers provided to actually find address, then the keys were not available and we had to wait 25 minutes for a lady to bring key, then to add insult to the $450 we paid for 1 night, the place had not been cleaned, we had dirty sheets, dirty windows, dirty ashtray and bin that the lady who delivered key cleaned while we were there. The BBQ was dirty and didn't have a gas bottle, courtyard was dirty. Whilst the actually place was quite nice and good locatoin, for $450 a night I expect a whole lot more.

We stayed in the standard 2 Bedroom house. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the luxury of two bathrooms and a spa bath. The property was located within walking distance of the Williamstown shopping centre (10-15mins) and the beach (5mins). The price was lower than 2 bedroom units in the area and we had the privacy of our own house in a quiet area. We would stay there again.

Wasnt impressed with signs threatening a hefty charge if bins werent emptied and dishes done. They upgraded me from 2 bedrooms to 3 but stressed I wasnt to use third bedroom unless I was prepared to pay heaps more. We got a good location but you dont know the location until the day before.

We thought the accomodation to be lovely, very comfortable and extremely good for what we needed

deadlock would not work, window coverings inadequate, bad smell on entry, poor quality bed. we will not choose to stay with them again.
