Thought I was booking one of the better Pattaya Hotels. Definately not 5 star. A fair walk to get to anywhere, no view of the beach. The LadyBoy at reception not exactly friendly. No dine in resteraunt in hotel. Ordered Room service a couple of times and put dirty plates outside front door, still there 24 hours later. Booked the suite, was shown to a normal room before finally getting my suite. Lucky to get parking.

It is an outstanding hotel. Great staff and great place to stay in. Truly a 5 star accommodation.

Great suite and a good location - reasonably close to everything and not too noisy. Friendly staff and good daily suite clean. No WIFI in rooms and dial up was unreliable - a big problem for me but may not bother others.

All the comforts of home, and within walking distance of a lot. Enjoyed that it was clean & comfortable and beautifully furnished. Didn't enjoy the nightly night-club noise. Thankfully the noise ends nightly between 1 & 2 am

Very nice hotel. Nice roof top pool. Fantastic staff. For some the local may not be ideal as it is far from the beach. There is a new hotel being built towards the back side of this hotel and the noise can cause some problems but only during the day while I was there. I had a problem with noise at first but they moved me to a 1 bedroom suite towards the front of the hotel which was very nice. If you are not a night owl and a light sleeper then you may wish to request a room in front, higher up and away from both the night club and the building site. Overall a very modern, clean and well managed hotel. Well worth the money.
