Location
Amara Sanctuary Resort is located south of Sentosa Island, within close proximity to Tanjong Beach. Aside from city attractions, tourists can tee off at Sentosa Golf Club or shop at VivoCity.

The resort offers rooms, veranda suites and villas fused with cosmopolitan and post-colonial interiors. All units are equipped with modern comforts like satellite TV and Internet access. Villas come with private pool.
Restaurant
Guests at Amara Resort Sentosa can sample local specialties at Shutters, Thai favourites at Thanying Restaurant and French and European cuisines at Braise on site. Patrons enjoy a variety of cocktails at Tier Bar.

Excellent hotel - however the hotel needs to have better information as to package entitlements i.e. breakfast etc

We have stayed in Singapore many times and decided to try a 'new' area. Our room at Amara was refurbished and neat/tidy. The included breakfast was fine. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient for the mix of free public transport on Sentosa...plus a reasonable taxi fare to the city. The pools are relaxing and enjoyable. The 4th floor infinity pool is supposed to be adults only, this is well signed but definitely never inforced, so if you wanted to relax in peace this was sometimes challenging. All in all a good stay at a relaxing enjoyable 'base' for enjoying all that Sentosa has to offer. A hint: try 'Bails' at Resort Worlds for Michelin star out of this world chinese dumplings!

The swimming pool is a bit too small. Other than that everything is good at its pricing.

toilet is not very clean. there's a stain on the comforter. the standard of cleanliness is not up to standard for a 5star hotel like Amara. service are good though. staffs are polite and helpful.

Toilet is run down and in need of renovation. Too bad, had expected higher standard for a resort hotel and the price one is paying for.
