Location and staff are excellent. Right in the middle of the action. The breakfast is surprisingly good. Great value! Would stay again.

Love this hotel for the extras like the free evening cocktail reception and continental breakfast in the morning and generally cool design. Given that they're close to, but not on, Michigan Ave, they seem to try a little bit harder to make your dollar go farther. It's not an inexpensive hotel by any matter of means, but if you're willing to treat yourself a bit, the Amalfi goes further than most.
