Amadeus Hotel Venice Guest Reviews
We got a good impression when we walked in to the lobby, but our room and bathroom were outdated and it looked more like a motel then a 4 star hotel. The elevator was carpet and only 2 average size people fit in sideways. The room was a good size and clean but the bathroom needed remodeling, the counter was falling and the walls had mold on them. The breakfast was good, its 5 min walk to the train station and walking distance to all the tourist sites, has lots of stores for shopping and dinning options around the area. Another big disappointment was there was no interenet in the hotel and we could get service from the hotel next door but we had to pay 6 euros for 30 mins. The staff was not very helpful and their english was not that great.

The Hotel in its self was 4 Star.. But the Rooms were 3 Star.. But for the money it was Great! The location is good but there are no good views of venice from the rooms.. The staff was ok, again 3 star... I would recommend this Hotel to anyone on a reasonable budget. I give this Hotel 3.5 Stars

The Staff were not helpful in offering any advise on tours or things to do - slack. When leaving found out there were helicopter tours that would have been great so bit lazy with guests. Breakfast is nice.

Have stayed in many hotels in Venice, and for vaalue for money this tops them all. Everything was as described - no bad surprises, and rooms were of good size, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate, and the barman was very friendly! Will stay there again.
