Used this hotel primarily as a stopover before catching an outbound flight. Ok but a bit tired looking but newly refurbed bathroom. Generally average

Yes, it's in the suburb of Favaro Veneto, but we had 5 nights bed and breakfast during the Carnevale Maschere for less than what it would have cost for one night in Venice centre. A delightful family run hotel and without exception, every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, spotless, spacious and airy with heating/air-conditioning, and the bathroom provided a hairdryer and a shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Continental breakfast consists of the usual choices accompanied by excellent coffee. The area is safe and residential, with a few shops and bars. Eating places are limited, although I can highly recommend 'Jungle Pizza' and the excellent 'America Bar Onde Rock' next door. Fair enough if you want to pay a fortune for a central hotel, but I'd prefer to spend the savings on daily expenses. So if you are looking for a friendly hotel which offers great value, and is located on good bus routes, then look no further than Hotel Altieri.

Although it is not located in Venice, it has good regular transport services nearby, which take you into Venice. No traffic noise in the room we had.

I stayed in this hotel in room 204. It was a single room but bigger than double.. Cleanliness was amazing.. facilities were enough like a 4 star hotel. Staff too helpfull and smiling.. you can expect the service of a 5 star hotel.. I would really ask everyone who wants to visit venice to have a stay in this hotel only for just one night. and I am sure You will love it... I would really rate it 10/10. If possible and available , I would love to go there again....Mohsin

Hotel Altieri is very nice hotel, the location is also good, the bus take you Piaza Roma, starting point to the sightseeing of Venice. It was good choice. Breakfast was also very good.
