Very clean, very new, and very comfortable. Not overly spacious; but hard to beat for the price I am sure.

The stay was fantastic, the apartments were extremely clean and tidy which made us very comfortable. The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful, gave us good advice on where to travel around the area and outer of Christchurch. The apartment to shops are about 15-30 hour walking distance, but driving is extremely convenient. Overall, great stay and I would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and location great. The cleanliness is a definite A+. We would definitely stay there again :)

Beautiful room but no cleaning done during our stay there. Problems with phone and struggled to find someone to assist us at reception more than once. No information book provided initially and spa very small for a bigger person. Would stay there again though.

A lovely spacious facility. I thought it a shame that they charged for all the small things. Most hotels give at least 1hr free internet to clear your emails. That sort of thing irritates. They also advertise being close to the westpac arena, it is in fact a reasonable hike and you are better to cab it at which point you might as well have got a place in the city.
