It is the best 2-star hotel he have ever visited. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, convenient location.

The breakfast was excellent - but the beds were too hard for our Australian backs! We had a major problem with the lock in our room - and the hotel called in a locksmith in the middle of the night to get us in (which we really appreciated). The hotel is very aware of the issue and I'm sure will fix this for future guests - but as a warning - do NOT pop the button of your door lock in from inside when leaving. It doesn't open from the outside, even with the correct key!!

A convenient location if you don't want to be in the heart of Annecy Town centre, but only 5 minutes away. Close to a retail park and near a small village. A variety of restaurants nearby.

Hotel is located a little bit out of Annecy. There are however a number of good eating establishments fairly close. That said I would use again.

Very good hotel in an easy to get to location, excellent service, and a great choice of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
