Only one chair in the room. Any visitor gets the third degree and must leave ID with desk. The shower hot water was weird. It was as though the pressure of the cold forced the hot down the pipes never to return.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The large breakfast buffet was a terrific way to start each morning. The hotel is right next to the beach, but still very close to the lovely old colonial city.

I was a bit uncomfortable since this was the first time to Cartagena. When we got to the hotel our room was ready ,the ocean view was just beautiful and the staff help and service was excellent. I would recommend this Hotel as a 5 Star Hotel was a very nice rate .

I like so much this hotel for multiple reasons: - Excellent service. - Near most important places and beach. - View of Cartagena Bay. In my next trip I will use the hotel to stay with my family.
