1. Staff very friendly and accomodating. 2. Ordered a taxi (previous night at the front desk) to depart on Sunday 27.1.08 from the Hotel to Siem Reap Airport for 06.00am ! Taxi did //not// show up. Hotel receptionist told us: "Sorry, taxi driver overslept. He will not come !" After saying that this would certainly not be "my problem", as a customer, the front desk staff took a quick decision and drove us to the airport by the hotel minibus. Can only say: "Great, Well done. Bravo !!"

The hotel looks old and does not look like a 4 star hotel. My impression of the hotel is a 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is below par especially the coffee and tea which are tasteless. The selection of food is limited and the 2 days we stayed there, the selections are the same.

Good pool, however tiles around outside litte slippery for kids. Staff very friendly and accomodating towards kids.

Clients complain about the high international calll rates. I paid 5USD per minute to call to south america.
