I stayed in studio room for three days from 1/12/2011 to 4/11/2011. Very large room with courtyard but basic amenties. Day time plenty sunlight but in night room has only limited light.This room has 2 three seater sofas both stained and dirty.Plenty parking available inside the hotel permises.Overall the hotel needs modernisation, especially new carpet, paint some wall pictures(nothing in the room or hallway). Service very good and excellent value for money

Considering it's age (and I know it to be upwards of 25 to 28 years old), this motel offers basic comfort in a very tired looking environment. New owners took possesion on 12th November 2011 and hopefully they will be inspired to give the complex a makeover. I have to agree with other reviewers though, make a point of printing your reservation details and taking them with you as the 'breakfast included' part of the booking seems to disappear before you get there. Otherwise the staff are very helpful and friendly. The dinner meals in the restaurant are divine.

In all the hotel provided what was indicated. Rooms were reasonable and beds were very comfortable! A nice surprise was SKY TV & coffee making facilities in the room. I did request on my form a cot for my infant - which was not in the room when I checked in. One was quickly bought to my room after my request - although, I was not entirely happy as it did not look clean and they could not provide me with linen for it. I would reccommend staying here, although if you have a small child, probably best to stay in a studio (with microwave) and let them know in advance you require a cot (so they can clean it)!

Fair price for very average service. Found the reception staff rather unmotivated. The requested wake up call ( and the in the rate included free breakfast as a result) was missed too. To have buckets to collect tripping water when it rains is just not a good look, the room looked very tired, with drawers hanging off the hinges and the paint coming off everywhere, including from the vanity in the bathroom.
