My adult daughter and I had never been to Chicago so we scheduled a get away. The hotel was convenient to everything we were interested in doing this weekend. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located for attending the Lyric Opera, the Chicago Symphony, shopping, dining, and (in December) walking through the Christkindlemarkt in Daley Plaza. The hotel is clean, quiet, and adjacent to a fine restaurant.

The room is kind of small. and the facility is just the basic. However, the location is excellent!

Although the room, the closet and the bathroom were a bit small, the room was clean, pleasant and quiet. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location is great. Don't overlook the 312 italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The food was quite good and so was the service.

Had no problems with this place. Everyone was nice, and I loved the free hot chocolate, coffee, and wine in the lobby. The design of the rooms and the rest of the place is very hip and cool.
