Location
This property is centrally located, in quiet surrounding and offers comfort and calmness to the guests. It takes about 3 minutes walk to the main street where most of restaurants and shops are located and about 8 minutes walk to the cable cars.

There are 30 comfortable bedrooms that are well-maintained and come with a host of in-room amenities. The south-facing balconies give an unrestricted view of the Matterhorn and those facing north a view of the village.

It was a great hotel to stay in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and took a personal interest in each guest. The position in Zermatt was ideal, close to the town and the station.

Friendly staff takes good care of their visitors with personal attention. Great breakfast. The room we stayed in was small, but with a refurbished bathroom (not all have that) and a fantastic wooden roof. Towels changed twice a day. Located in a quiet street in the the city centre, only a few steps from the ski bus (you need to take a crowded bus to the slopes from most hotels in Zermatt). A little bit pricey.

all staffs are very nice and making you feel like a family ..the breakfast is incredibly good and you may not need to have lunch after you have that nice breakfast.

Staff are excellent and the hotel facilities are extremely clean. Some nice extra touches as well. Would definitely return
