Located in the centre of Phillip Island just two kilometres from the Cowes shopping precinct with its safe bay beaches, the All seasons is only three kilometres from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

All seasons Phillip Island Resort comprises of 211 villas which include 21 one bedroom studio spas, 97 two bedroom villas and 93 three bedroom villas. All the accommodation units are appointed with full kitchens, tea maker, iron, ironing board and a private bathroom.
Restaurant
The onsite restaurant, All Seasons Phillip Island Cafe, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for the guests to fill in themselves.

Stay for one night in a Studio Villa. Looked new and clean. The bed was comfortable, too.

the quietest resort we have ever stayed in. we are a couple who work over 60 hours a week and were looking to relax, and we certainly got that. would reccommend them to anyone, we are looking forward to staying there agian next year

Villa was very nice and well equipt. Resort has tennis courts, swimming pool including a wading pool, restaurant etc. About 3 kms from town but an easy walk. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Really clean and good beds. Quiet with plenty of space between the villas so you don't here the neighbours. ONly problem is for people that have knee or balance problems, there is no handrail for the stairs to the villas. If your arriving after 5pm, don't expect reception to be open. You need to make a phone call to get a security code for a safe and then you can get your key and map.
