Very good breakfast with a warm welcome in the morning. I have forgotten a very very precious item in the hall and the staff put it in save !!! Never see so honnest staff ! Excellent mark !

Good service. It's close to the Metro station. But the elevator doesn't work when i stayed there.

Room, bed, bathroom were very good. It is obvious that you have to suffer some noise from outside if you choose to stay on the rue Tolbiac. But most noise came from other guests closing their roomdoors with a bang... The counter-service was not so good: intake and departure took a long time and the personnel could not understand I had already paid by internet. And wouldn't it be nice to have simple coffee- and teafacilities in the rooms?

Convenient location for RER and Metro (New line). Close to city centre and Latin Quarter etc. Excellent facilities in room and bathroom. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very quiet at night. Will certainly return to the Biblioteque Holiday Inn.
