The hotel itself is beautiful, and is constructed and run in such a way that you cannot fail to come away without feeling totally relaxed and pampered. The quality of the service is of the absolute highest standard. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant rates among the best meals out we have had. I will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends going to Bali, and probably to those who aren''t as well.

Major problem is provacy as room''s balcony is just separated by an open wall and windows are just sliding, without any chance to isolate from noises and discussions next door. Rooms are ok but far from what you expect in a supposed 4 stars hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay in Bali. Great swimming pool, great food, and a friendly and available staff. Everybody was very nice with our 1-year-old baby, who was treated like a princess. We will definitely return as soon as possible!
