Our stay was excellent, we felt right at home, the staff were very helpful in every respect. The Alexandra Court Motel is located close to the city centre, with shops for supplies & takeway food within a short walk. Apartments though a little dated in decore are spacious,fully equipted, very clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel especially as great value.

Just out of central city but very quiet. The rooms and furniture were plain but very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptional (large, with table and chairs)with excellent facilities -also the bathroom, complete with bath! The hosts were most helpful, friendly and supportive (I was visiting a sick son)and I have been recommending the motel to others.

Great hospitality. All staff only to willing to help. Very well located in quiet area but very close to town center. Spacious unit. Xtra service with a smile. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at 2 bedrooms. Rooms and bathroom are small and old. A little bit long walk from the city center. Staff were really nice.

The Alexandra Court Motel is a good place to stay in Christchurch, with friendly and helpful proprietors. The location is ideal - only about 12 minutes walk to the city centre and it's on a quiet street, away from traffic noise. Units are compact, with everything you need for a short stay - including milk and cookies in the fridge! Parking is easy - right outside each unit.
