Apartment was very clean and neat. Parking free and easy. I loved that we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the crisp air. Facilities great, they've thought of everything! Beds comfortable. Pity the group staying three floors down were roudy and security ended up being called out! Other than that I would stay there again. Great apartment for the price.

The stay was great, rooms are good. Staff helpful and in a great location. Parking is included but you must display voucher. Definately will stay again.

I have stayed here a few time now, and i find it is great value. Had a car this time and made sure the parking permit was displayed at all times, if you dont expect your car to be clamped. The staff are always helpful and informative, you only need to ask. The rooms are ok, its great being able to be self sufficent. The apartments are set out well. Some furniture is a little worn but other hotels are the same. I find its clean quiet and well situated in Perth.

2 Bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and everything was working, only thing maybe upgrade to digital tv for more channels to watch but couldn't fault anything else, the free undercover and secure parking was a definate bonus for the price
