i was VERY pleased with the hotel... Staff was very friendly and the rooms were small but very comfortable and charming ...I loved it and can't wait to go back

Pool area is great. Hotel is quiet. Room was spacious. Bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries Needed to work while in PS but wireless never worked so had to head to local coffee place to work. Not convenient Loved the location, walkable to downtown shops, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful property... the hotel rooms were comfortable & stylish. The grounds were very well maintained, and very QUIET! The staff were friendly & courteous. Pool & spa are open 24 hours, which is a nice perk. Location was ideal, as it was only a few blocks away from all the action on the main "drag". We will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Palm Springs!

I got to the hotel about an hour before check in which usually isn't a problem as there are plenty of rooms available. The girl at the front desk sounded a little irritated when she told me it was "too early" and my room wasn't available. We left and I was cool about it because we had a concert and some gambling to do. I returned much much later a few hours after check-in and the lobby door was locked. There was no one around, so yes this place is super tranquil. The person behind the counter let me in, gave me my key and send me on my way. I went to dinner with the bf who had been at a concert, and on our return we discovered a very small, simple room. It was quiet and not too far from the downtown scene which is why I gave the place three stars. For the service, though, I will pay a little more and stay somewhere bigger next time. Bf had never been to PS and I regret that we couldn't spend more time walking a little.
