Albion Hotel Miami

Pros: - Excellent location very near Lincoln Road Mall and lots of parking lots. - Friendly staff. - Good wi-fi in the room! - Small but clean bathroom. - Quiet neighborhood. Cons: - Very thin walls. - They gave us a very small room. We looked at the floor plan and noticed that they gave us the smallest room in the floor. It was difficult to move and to open our lugagge. - Awful bed. Low sleep quality. - Air conditioner/Heater did not work properly.

Stark lobby. No tree for Holidays?? Room very basic. Windows barely open. furniture old. Bathroom not great condition. Pool is nice and quiet. Only problem I had was upon check out. I was told I could use room till 1 pm, but got a call at 12:20 telling me I need to leave since the hotel is sold out. I thought that to be funny as well as extremely rude. What would they like me to do? Pack in the hallway. LOL. Anyway the location is very convenient and if u get a good deal stay, otherwise go elsewhere.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and extremely accommodating, the cafe' not so much. Over all a great hotel really central location, close to all the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road and only 1 block from the beach. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our one-week stay at the Albion Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, right on Lincoln Road, the trendy dining and shopping street of Miami, although the official address (James Ave.) does not indicate it as such. It is also just two blocks away from the South Beach. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel restaurant served breakfast till 11 AM (and even thereafter for an extra $2). So we could sleep late and not worry about missing breakfast. The room was spacious but the bathroom was rather cramped. All in all, good value for the money.

We have stayed here several times. The location is great and the rooms a decent size with mini fridge and stereo. The bathrooms are a little small, but there is a full length mirror nearby on closet door, I used as a vanity. Room service food left a lot to be desired.

An excellent hotel, great rooms, staff and most important location. If you are going to Miami, you spend very little time in the hotel except to change and sleep.

The hotel room 501 was spacious and had everything we required except for tea and coffee making facilities. Our one night stay was spoilt by a stale odour in the room upon entry. If we were staying longer we would have asked to relocate rooms.

The Albion Hotel was ideally situated near South Beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The king sized room which we upgraded to from a buddy room (which was very small) had a very small bathroom but a comfortable bed. I did think the decor looked a little grubby and the whole hotel really needs to be redecorated soon.

Hotel impressed - especially in terms of design, style, and position in South Beach. Swimming Pool looked great (had a cold so didn't visit it), breakfast superb and good value, room 511 a little small, but nice design (probably one of the smallest rooms though by floor plan), staff helpful, all in all would certainly revisit Albion.

The only thing which was annoying is that the hotel pool was closed for my final 2 days at this hotel. The only reason I stayed there was for the pool. when myslef and other guests tried to reach management, the front desk attendanats tried to offer us cocktyails. I left 3 msgs for the GM. No answer. very disappointed.

This an older property that has been nicely renovated. There is an attractive lobby bar and pool. My king room & bath were spacious. Furnishings were mininimal, but adequate. The room was very clean; the staff friendly and efficient. Overnight valet parking costs $25; there is also a municipal parking garage nearby. The hotel is located a short stroll from restaurants and shops on Linclon Ave. and the beach. This is not a luxury property, but it was a great value. I will definitely consider the Albion again.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. I was greeted warmly and the staff was very helpful with every request I had. The hotel was clean, the decor was cool and the bed was comfy. It's not a posh, over the top SoBe hotel, but it was simple and elegant. While I didn't have time to check out the pool, it looked ok from my hotel window. I would absolutely return to this hotel again.

Fun and funky hotel with great modern design. Very helpul staff particularly bar tender. Rooms were small. Ideal for one person. I wonder how two would cope with the bathroom. Would certainly return and recommend for single occupancy or perhaps there are larger rooms than 322
