My husband stayed the night after farewell drinks with his work colleagues. He said it was a nice clean converted Victorian era hotel. It was perfect for the occasion.

The whole hotel was very clean . The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was delightful. Bathroom was very small (not unexpected) but acceptable. Would certainly return. Recomended.

Beautiful road. Neighbourhood both junks, young people and people like us. If you walk easily the Walk to the city is a nice walk except for the beginning (and the end). Taxi (I believe) 15 AUD. Older people will love this place but there is no elevator to the first and second floor. Have a good holiday

Rooms are extremely small. Room to sleep only and lavatory very small. Breakfast area is limited to less than number of guests. Would not recommend to anyone.

Well situated near the city centre with easy access to good restaurants and the Botanical Gardens, we enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very well decorated, and rooms, although small, are very comfortable. Very good value for money.

The hotel has a lovely home atmosphere and is well located; while near Kings X, it is still in a quiet street and near the seafront. Rooms are comfortable and the patio is as beautiful as they say. Add some herbal teas to the breakfast choices.
