The room service was bad and staffs were not friendly or providing good services, especially the breakfast buffet area. However, the room was spacious and internet connection was efficient. Not worth my pay!

We booked a superior room and it was quite small for the price. Toilet was badly maintained. Locker in the room was not working. Carpet was stained. Although the hotel is well located being close to MRT, restaurants and shopping, there was construction on the road and it did create lots of noise and it was quite disturbing. However staff was good and hospitable.

Having stayed at Albert Court Hotel on 3 previous occasions (but not in the past 4 years) I was a little disappointed at the standard of decoration and fittings in the rooms (we changed the room originally allocated to us) and corridors. The hotel had the feeling of being slightly tired, and for the price of the room one expected something better. However the staff were efficient, polite, helpful and friendly.

Staff at the front desk were helpful and one, Cecelia, was very helpful with advice and directions. Maintenance staff were also very good with prompt service. Bathroom and room carpet were both old and would have benifitted from a good clean.

This Hotel is a little difficult to find as the road signs stopped along the way. The reception person was very helpful and I finally found it. The atmosphere and decor of the hotel was very nice, I liked the Lemon Grass aroma used. Staff were very friendly and warm. Room was beautiful and new with nice fittings. The rooms were slightly small. Location is great, right in town and easy access to most city places. Overall good value for money.
