it is very noisy, the bed of the room next to the road shakes each time a bus passes by the road (every 5 minutes the whol night). Ask them to be put in a quite internal room.The staff is very nice though and it is super near the station

second time I stay there. Nice quite place, clean, essential, and very close to the main train station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. highly recommended.

We were disappointed with this hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous, but the position of the hotel was poor- right next to a busy junction with HGVs slamming on their air brakes at all times of the day and night as they failed to make the lights. The area where the hotel is located is rather sleazy and away from sights or decent restaurants.There is no restaurant at the hotel and no lift. More like a B and B than a a hotel. Surprised its rated 3 star.

This hotel is in a restored old villa so dont expect swimming pools or gym.Rooms are relatively small but cozy. Breakfast lounge and the lobby next to it in the basement is very nice for someone looking for experience of old times & styles. Owners are very very nice and friendly, helpful. Good place to really feel a part of historical florence!
