Good position in the town and friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms - at a temperature of 47 deg outside the hotel was wonderfully cool.

No lift - 58 steps to '3d' floor (5th by U.S. standards as we count the ground floor and the second floor, used by proprieter). However, the location is fantastic and the breakfast is OK. The staff were helpful, including the maid putting our rain-soaked baby car seat liner in the washer to spin dry.

A friendly hotel in de citycenter. Because of the traffic you couldn't open the window (noise and smell). Breakfast was rather simple but okay. Staf was friendly and helpfull.

Friendly staff, a charming smaller hotel in a great 19th century building with lots of architectural details, including rooms with balconies. Steps from the Duomo Square and most sights, restaurants and shopping. Very enjoyable.
