We stayed here for one night as we could not check into our riomaggiore hotel after 10pm and had a late arrival however left at 9am in the morning. Had I been staying here for more than one night and had it not been late when we arrived I would have walked out. There was one bathroom between 14 rooms and it was really grubby. It's not really a hotel in my eyes as it has no facilities and other than a bed with dust under it in the room. Don't expect a towel because you won't get one. I have stayed in hostels that are much more cheerful than this depressing place. It is also 10-15 minutes by foot to the station, not the 5 minutes indicated on the hotels webpage. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is average at best - important to remember though that it is priced with the budget conscious in mind.

This hotel really surprised us with it's great location to downtown La Spezia and it's proximity to the train station for our excursion to the Cinque Terre. It was a nice size double room with adequate facilities and helpful management.

friendly staff, communication reasonable. Location very central; 20 minute walk from rail station; taxi 7 Euros; Enjoyed our stay.
